I believe in working with you to best meet your goals and needs based on where you are. I work with adolescents, age 16 and up and adults. We also offer speciality programs in the following areas: abuse/trauma/PTSD; sexual addiction. I have been extensive trained in treating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression and marital issues. I do DBT, CPT, EMDR and interpersonal therapy. I can combine these methods to best suit your needs and personality style. We offer a variety of hours and take all major insurance. We also offer telehealth options to make scheduling easy. We believe that you deserve the highest standard of excellence possible so you will always get the most well-researched and relevant techniques for your particular struggles.
