Hi, I'm Kary. I specialize in relationships. Whether you are working through the quirks of a new relationship, or your existing relationship feels stagnant or strained, or a break-up has left you heartbroken, I can help you navigate the confusing, sad and uncertain terrain of human relating. I work with children, teens, young adults, and couples. I help my clients to relate in a more satisfying way. By learning to think more psychologically and symbolically about themselves, my clients nurture a stronger sense of self, so they are better able to navigate their relationships and lives. My approach is rooted in Depth Psychology. I help my clients bring their unconscious and conscious selves into harmony. My couples work is informed by relationship theories of Esther Perel and John Gottman, and I hold a certification in Sex Therapy.
