I am the founder of a group practice, California Integrative Counseling Center, located in downtown San Francisco. Our team specializes in treating individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, career challenges, relationship issues, and those going through life transitions. We provide individual therapy, group therapy for Adults with ADHD, couples therapy, teen therapy, and family therapy. Our model of therapy provides a comprehensive and integrative approach to working with clients. We often collaborate with clients Psychiatrists, work holistically to understand what a client needs and how we can best provide them treatment. We are trained and skilled at treating ADHD, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, Depression, Anxiety, & relationship issues. In my own therapeutic work, my style is collaborative, goal-oriented, and supportive. Weekly sessions become a place to reflect and build new skills to manage the stresses that may come up in day-to-day life. I support my clients in learning how to navigate life's challenges.
