About

I work with adolescents, adolescents transitioning to adulthood, and adults, providing individual therapy, parent coaching, and family support. While I also work with neurotypical individuals, my expertise is Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and anyone that experiences neurodivergence. I do a lot of work with ASD teens experiencing social difficulties, anxiety and depression. I have a strong background in ADHD, social anxiety, and families coping with stress and anger challenges. This includes students struggling with transitions to middle, high school or college, and parents needing support with a challenging teen or young adult.

As a board certified behavior analyst, I am a goal oriented and solution focused therapist. My behavioral background, coupled with CBT, ACT and DBT guides how I address the following: social challenges symptomatic in ASD and ADHD, bullying, difficulty fitting in, anxiety, struggles with life transitions such as divorce, high school, college or work.

We will develop specific goals that when reached help to improve one's life. I am a collaborator that sees the importance of working with my client's team or helping them develop one, if needed. I work closely with schools to collaborate and develop effective plans. I can attend IEP meetings and case manage the other supports in my client's life.
