Greetings! I'm Karja Cope a trying human, and licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of professional experience. My primary area of specialty include individual therapy ( young to mature adults), relationship/couples therapy, college adjustment, parenting and career issues, adjustment issues and coping skills, and adult ADHD and executive functioning concerns. YOU are the expert and author of your story and I am happy to help facilitate your process of growth, self-discovery and self-determination. You will find that my therapeutic approach varies based on what is needed during our sessions, and may be inclusive of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused and person-centered therapeutic strategies. In collaboration with you, we will work to foster a safe and supportive client-centered relationship based on mutual regard, authenticity, and trust. There is room for only one expert on your life, and that expert is YOU. It will be an honor to partner with you as you further discover yourself, gain insights and understand your life lessons as you continue with the business of re-writing your story.
