About

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Starting my career in advocacy and case management for assault and trafficking survivors, I have continued to strengthen my clinical skills working with adults both locally and abroad. I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, and addictions. I have provided support for individuals with chronic illness in the acute inpatient setting, as well as ongoing support in intensive outpatient programs and clinics. View 5 Photos

I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work from Ohio State University and my Master of Clinical Social Work from Boston College. I utilize interventions from cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to meet the needs of my clients.

Life is full of ups, downs, and situations outside our control. I believe that the job of a therapist is not to judge or "fix people," but to empower and encourage folks — to provide a safe space to work through challenges one may face.
