What brings people to therapy is unique and personal. My approach to counseling is person centered, compassionate, and solution based. Areas of expertise include supporting those who have been impacted by trauma, experience relationship challenges, chronic stress, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, women’s issues, and disordered eating. Living in today’s world is more complicated than ever. When you’re struggling with personal difficulties, mental health challenges, or relationship issues, life can feel overwhelming and confusing. The person centered approach that I take is focused on improved emotional well being. When clients work with me, I encourage them to connect to their own inner guidance system to find a sense of purpose and meaning, especially when the world outside doesn't always make sense.
