My ideal client is an individual who is motivated to create change in their lives. I am open to working with clients who possess a variety of issues as long as they are willing to be active participants in the change process. A client who requires support, guidance, and individually fitted intervention. Most importantly, a client who is willing to learn and grow, through the process that the therapeutic setting offers. A client who wishes to be heavily involved in their therapeutic process yields the most effective results in the end. I can help by providing the client with the necessary support they need to reach their goals. I offer therapy that is understanding, accepting, and empathetic. I want each of my clients to feel understood and heard in their experiences. I am a well-rounded therapist and have experience working with individuals of all ages.
