About

We are lucky to live during a time when therapy is seen as a necessity and is no longer considered taboo. Being able to ask for help is a strength not a weakness. We cannot control the world or people around us, but we can learn how to deal with our own emotions instead.

Each client is unique so Is the solution they may need. I understand that therapy is hard work and everyone has different expectations when they first start. Seeing each individual as a whole and what shapes them is very important. Self locating is one of the most important steps in therapy. As someone who is an immigrant I offer a unique view.

You will be able to work at your own pace here. Often our partners, children, parents, siblings are the ones with whom we do not see eye to eye. For families and couples the goal is to be seen and heard. In this space you will be able to practice speaking in a different way, achieve better communication with those who are dear to you.
