About

I can help if you are looking for a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive environment to work through and manage issues which are causing distress, and which may be interfering with relationships, work or school, and quality of life. With twelve years experience, I have specialized training in helping you cope with childhood trauma, PTSD, facing ‘roadblocks’ in your recovery from substance abuse, codependency, grief and loss, and/or if you are suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame, or low self-esteem. I work with teens aged 16 to 19, adults, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+.

I use a variety of techniques tailored to your unique needs which include Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT Tapping, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and have extensive knowledge of 12 Step Recovery Programs.
