About

I believe that we, as humans, possess so many hidden strengths that can help us find the light in our lives again. Sometimes, we just need someone to help us see what we don’t see! I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that focuses on achievable goals and taking things one step at a time.

I primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use disorder, anxiety and OCD. In addition to traditional modalities, I enjoy incorporating creative activities into therapy sessions to help clients tap into their inner strengths and develop new coping skills.

I understand the discomfort and upset that happens when you feel powerless over your mental health struggles. My ultimate goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space that empowers you to find joy, serenity and autonomy within your life again. I believe that hope is never truly lost and I strive to work with you to find your lost dreams and awaken them!
