We specialize in developmental, attachment and relational therapy which transforms pain, trauma and grief into self-connection, relief and fulfilling relationships. We do this by exploring and transforming unhelpful childhood survival patterns that have carried into adulthood. I am a neuro-queer therapist (LCSW) who offers individual therapy for adults 18+. I work with adults who are grieving, survivors or just wanting support in what they are navigating. I am specialized in CPTSD and bereavement/grief counseling. I am a safe therapist for the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, non-monogamous & non-traditional communities.
