About

In seeking therapy, you may be addressing depression, anxiety or substance use. You may be looking to improve personal relationships, navigate a life transition or change behaviors that aren’t working for you. Whatever it may be, we can collaborate to meet your needs. As a therapist I am curious, non-judgmental, and honest. I bring a combination of warmth, practicality and a sense of humor. My approach to therapy is relational and trauma informed. I provide an affirming environment for people who are transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC). View 4 Photos

I spent four years at at a community agency where I worked with addiction issues, homelessness, post-incarceration transitioning and complex trauma. I have clinical experience working with college students, individuals with developmental disabilities and the LGBTQ+ community. I am trained in EMDR and TRM (Trauma Resilience Model.)

In our sessions, we can work through both short-term problems and long-term issues to develop insight into and process past experiences. I tailor treatment to clients’ individual needs using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. We will utilize a solution-focused model to help you move forward and live a happy and healthy life.
