About

Depth oriented, emotion focused and client driven approaches tend to predominate my therapeutic process. Our time together is likely to involve contemplative exploration, experiential interventions and an ongoing summoning of creativity. We will define ways to move out of stuckness and through distress. We will find access to fresh life experiences that are deeply reflective of your true self and that which stirs within you. If you are interested, I would be happy to meet with you for a free phone consultation, to answer any questions you might have and share more about how therapy can bring positive change into your life.

I'm a "well-seasoned" cis-woman who loves nature and art in all forms. A single-mom to a neurodivergent teen and two cats, I'm queer, neurodivergent, disabled and rooted in holistic and anti-oppressive ideologies. Bringing curiosity to complex stories, I see life as a puzzle in which we which we work, play and progress, but perhaps, never fully perfect.

I am experienced working with college students, the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodivergence of all kinds. I enjoy working with couples, especially those with connections to these communities. I find I resonate well with healers, artists, and creatives. A free consultation can help you determine if we will be a good fit for your therapeutic journey.
