About

Throughout my career as a social worker, I have treated individuals with a wide variety of problems and diagnoses. The majority of my experience has been working in a mental health clinic setting, providing both individual and group therapy. I am comfortable treating all mental health conditions and substance use disorders, and have been particularly drawn toward the treatment of trauma related disorders such as PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder.

I work collaboratively with my clients to develop meaningful life goals. I believe that we hold the answers to our problems within ourselves, but sometimes need help accessing them. I can assist with recognizing strengths, overcoming barriers, and finding solutions that feel right to you. I incorporate evidence based practices such as, CBT, CPT, and DBT.

I believe in treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. I believe recovery is possible. While recovery may be a challenge at times, I am here to provide nonjudgmental support, encouragement, education, coping strategies, and instill hope.
