About

Are you a BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ adult or teen struggling with self-compassion and self-care? Are you struggling with navigating a society that feels like it's not made to support you? Do you struggle with chronic illness or the grief of a loss of self? Whether it's systemic issues or unpredictable life changes, sometimes life can feel overwhelming and beyond our control. I provide a space for you to be your authentic self and receive unconditional positive regard through these challenges. Come as you are.

I specialize in working with highly sensitive people, with chronic illness, and anxiety. I have helped clients create more room for self-compassion, reduce their inner critic, and increase their ability to be present. I help clients radically accept life's tough transitions. Life doesn't stop happening, but that doesn't mean you have to stop along with it.

I would love to further connect with you. I have immediate availability. Please contact me by phone or email or schedule a consultation directly on my website. I thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.
