About

My goal is to help make therapy a collaborative process. Whether you are seeking help for anxiety, depression or life stressors, we can work together to achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, life transitions, burnout, stress and relationships. I also have a passion for perinatal mental health and have worked with families on their journeys to family planning.

My approach to therapy is unique to every client I work with. The basis of my work is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a focus on addressing unhealthy thinking patterns that lead to positive behavioral changes. I also have a focus on attachment styles, lie transitions and solution focus therapies.

My years of experience have given me a wealth of knowledge on how to treat various mental health concerns. I use a client-centered approach and tailor sessions to my client's individual needs, which is the core of my clinical work. Therapy can intimidating to a lot of people, which is why I am conscientious about being personable, humorous and understanding.
