Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I approach therapy with openness, curiosity, compassion, and non-judgement, building a space where it feels safe to explore and bring the whole of your experiences, joys and struggles alike. Throughout our lives, we learn to navigate the world in certain ways, helping us survive and make sense of things; our responses, beliefs, and patterns of relationships are shaped by past experiences. I work with you to better understand these experiences, and compassionately reflect on how your past informs current ways of being, acknowledging interpersonal and systemic influences. I strive to work with you and your understanding of yourself, curating tools and approaches that will support you as we make space to explore and make sense of your experiences. I have a background in relational-psychodynamic and attachment perspectives, training in a number of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, and experience with creative interventions. I believe that you bring an understanding of yourself, your concerns and your strengths, and I hope to provide support to your whole self in navigating your experiences with compassion. Reach out to schedule an appointment and our intake coordinator will help get you on my calendar.
