About

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! I understand that coming to the conclusion that you may need therapy can be difficult. I view therapy as a safe space to process and discuss all of life's chaos. And let's face it, most of us can find benefit in that. My biggest goal as a therapist is to make sure that you get something out of the 50 minutes we spend together each week. I do that by tailoring my therapeutic approach individually to each client. What works for someone else may not be what works for you. We can figure out what works for you by collaborating your expertise on yourself and my expertise and training as a therapist.

I work with adults (18+) from all walks of life. I am uniquely experienced and trained in the following areas: depression/anxiety, LGBTQIA+ matters (coming out, exploration, identity), in/fertility and reproductive journeys/infertility, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, and ADHD.

I believe that a trusting therapeutic alliance along with self-compassion and desire for growth can be the monumental foundations for change in one's life. I offer hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays via telehealth only for GA, SC, & FL residents. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward a healthier and happier life!
