About

Please EMAIL to discuss openings and availability (include your state). As a clinician I understand the importance of the counseling relationship as a foundation for growth and healing. I work with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, and role/identity transformations. I am also offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for established clients, a treatment that can offer relief from symptoms and increased insight, connection, and expanded consciousness.

It can be incredibly healing to be vulnerable with someone in motherhood. I continue to build a practice that focuses on serving women in early intervention and continued care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. Often in our work we explore new family structures, beginning and ending relationships, and navigating the world in a new way.

It is my philosophy that mothers, and those becoming mothers, need compassionate and competent holistic care. I believe that in therapy we get a unique opportunity to learn and practice new ways of being in the world. Creating this safe space can be powerful and transformative. Be brave.
