About

If you are experiencing depression, relationship challenges, adjustment concerns, and/or difficulties coping with transition, please reach out for an appointment with me. I work with older adolescent and adult clients and I specialize in helping high-achieving college students and professionals who feel dissatisfied and are struggling with adjustment, identity, imposter syndrome and relationship challenges.

I look forward to working collaboratively with you. My approach to therapy is guided by an integration of cognitive-behavioral (CBT), interpersonal, psychodynamic, multicultural, and dialectical-behavioral (DBT).

I look forward to connecting with you and working together. Finding a therapist who is a good fit is important, so I welcome you to reach out if you sense that I would understand your experiences.
