Living in our complex, fast-paced society, can cause people to feel significant stress, overwhelm and experience a sense of stagnation. These pressures often manifest as anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Many seek relief by working out, eating healthier and talking with friends. We might find these methods helpful at first but may need to learn new tools. As an associate therapist, I work with the queer and trans community to navigate these challenges. My goal is to empower you to thrive by living your life. I provide a confidential space needed to process your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a non-judgmental environment. Therapy is a safe container to express yourself. Oftentimes our immediate reactions to life circumstances are trauma related.
