About

I practice Stanley Keleman's Formative Psychology which focuses on embodiment: "Life continually forms the next series of shapes, birth through maturity to old age. At conception each person is given a biological and emotional inheritance, but through voluntary effort a human fulfills the potential forming a personal life. Form gives rise to feeling. When a person is grounded in somatic reality we can say I know who I am by how I experience myself," See below for examples:

Thus, I particulalry enjoy supporting the development and formation of individuals over the lifecycle. For example, a teen trying to form an adult life; an older person in a crisis/transition about forming the next stage of life.

My work is based on building a trusting relationship with a person. It's the only way I know that any therapy can work; everything follows from that relationship,
