Welcome. I am accepting new clients! I am gentle and supportive, and I am also direct, firm, grounded, and realistic in my approach. I am a consistent and assertive clinician. I treat my clients like I would treat myself if I were in their situation, with respect, dignity, and hope. I like to make people think, engage in deep self-reflection, and to work towards acceptance and change. There is also always room for humor and a good laugh, we can’t take ourselves too seriously! I work with adolescents, teens and adults providing PTSD/trauma therapy, mindful self-compassion therapy, CBT and DBT for depression, bipolar, anxiety, PTSD, grief, adjustment disorders, dysregulation disorders and personality disorders, CBT for psychosis, and nurtured heart approach for adolescents and teens with behavioral challenges.
