Compassion, authenticity, and honesty are at the core of my approach to therapy. In a supportive space, we determine and work toward your goals together. Using dialogue, creativity, and humor at times, you may challenge old patterns, develop new awareness, cultivate a sense of belonging, and learn how to satisfy your needs. I work with individual clients who experience anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and much more. My training is grounded in the interpersonal, creative and embodied approach of Gestalt Therapy. I am most drawn to the "here and now" experience of Gestalt, its support for self-responsibility, and how clients are empowered to identify and meet their own needs. I have training and experience in working with single-incident, complex, and attachment trauma. Those seeking therapy often share that they feel incomplete or disconnected and notice psychological and physical symptoms as a result. By attuning to what is happening physically and emotionally in the moment, therapy can help build self-awareness, shift old patterns, and establish new ways to live more fully.
