About

Do you want a more meaningful relationship with yourself? Do you struggle to see your own humanity, but can clearly see others’? I work to deliver therapy tailored specifically to you. You may not be clear about your goals at first, but together we can clarify your needs. First, I create a safe environment for you, whereby you can safely explore these issues. Each session is a collaboration where your concerns are respectfully and caringly explored with curiosity and compassion. I find that most clients often want more than coping skills, they want a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotions.

I use a variety of experiential approaches to obtain the best results for you. My goal is to help you to strengthen your relationship with yourselves; by helping you safely disentangle from your emotions and thoughts and alter how you view and experience and your emotions instead of feeling controlled by them.

I want to help you achieve a more meaningful relationship with all aspects of your own humanity. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if I am right for you. I only accept traditional Medicare for Texas and Oregon residents, not for Montana residents.
