About

Reaching out for help is the most difficult step in the healing process. It takes courage and strength to seek out therapy. I implement strategies to help with perspective taking and reframing perceptions. Our lives can be full of anxiety and stressors that impact our daily functioning. Whether it is seeking self discovery, improving thinking, or working on coping skills, therapy is proven to help with long and short term issues. One goal is to improve our functioning and become psychologically flexible.

I provide an evidence based treatment approach in which I implement ACT therapy. Most of the time we want our difficult thoughts and feelings to just go away and sometimes that can make them worse and more prevalent. My approach is to help my clients become more psychologically flexible and handle the inevitable problems that happen in life.

I strive to help my clients with their unique needs. In session I use a collaborative approach that involves my clients being involved in their care. I endeavor to provide a safe space for my clients to talk about their concerns and needs in a comfortable environment. Having a trusting and collaborative alliance with my client is my highest priority.
