About

I'm passionate about supporting different generations of Asian immigrants, multicultural individuals, and other marginalized populations to deal with life challenges including trauma, complex trauma, intergenerational conflicts, self-esteem issues, life transitions, acculturation, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, stress, grief, and other issues. I work mostly with different generations of immigrants, multicultural individuals, and other marginalized communities.

I'm specialized in talk therapy utilizing EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), attachment-focused EMDR to help client process past trauma and manage current symptoms. I also utilize other clinical approaches such as psychodynamic, somatic, DBT, ACT, IFS, strength-based, culturally-sensitive, neuroscience-informed, etc.

I take unique personal experiences into consideration, and I’m dedicated to creating a safe, positive, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for your healing journey. If you are having trouble managing the challenges in life or have had difficult life experiences that are still affecting your emotional well-being today, I’m here to support you.
