About

People experience events & find meaning uniquely, shaping how we view the world. You are the expert in you. My role is to work with & support you, collaborating as partners to discover what will help you feel healthy, whole, and hopeful. Bring anything to our conversation- shed any shame! I value your voice & feedback, and will work to create a safe, trusting, therapeutic relationship. Whether you just want some "me time" conversation, to maintain healthy relationships, are really struggling, considering meds, or are unsure, I'm here to be an empathetic listener & non-judgmental support. All clients are welcomed & affirmed! View 3 Photos

My primary experience is working with at risk youth, 5yo & up. Other specialties include substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, and psychoeducation. My lived experience may also be relatable for educators, musicians, adolescents, & those struggling with addictions. I've also worked with Veterans and people struggling from accidents & injuries.

My mind-body integrative approach is person-centered & solution focused, focusing on the whole person, & what will help you feel present in your own life again, not diagnoses. My hope is that you'll feel seen, heard, & empowered with skills to live fully, through the good & bad. You are warmly invited to see if I'm the right fit to support your journey.
