About

Do you feel like you’re living the life meant for you? I believe we all have the best version of ourselves within us, and we suffer when our lives, actions, and thinking don’t align with it. My educational and work backgrounds include addiction counseling, mental health counseling, and the fields of neuroscience and mental health research. I remain driven by curiosity and passion for the science of the mind, and I update my clinical approach with the latest research discoveries.

I use a variety of evidence-based techniques- including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy- to treat individual adults and couples navigating a wide range of life challenges and mental health concerns. I like to work with clients towards wholeness using strategies based on Carl Jung’s “shadow” concept.

I use a treatment approach based on each client's unique needs and values to provide structure, support and inspiration in reaching therapeutic goals. Let’s work together to give you the tools to dismantle your obstacles and clear the path to your authentic self.
