I have practiced Mindfulness for 30+ years and have deeply studied how trauma impacts our lives. I am here to help you recover from your own traumas, and develop a new sense of self to help you face the issues in your life. I use Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Deep Brain Reorienting and of course, talk therapy.
