I strive to teach clients how to empower themselves and shift perspective through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution- Focused Brief Therapy and person -centered approaches. I utilize mindfulness practices such a visualization meditations and deep breathing which will help you reconnect your body and mind. While providing a non-judgmental space for you. My role is to support you in processing the hardships and celebrating your successes. Our sessions will involve creating goals, exploring coping skills and learning to manage your everyday anxiety.
