About

My goal is to create a safe, positive environment where you can explore the sources of stress and distress in your life. More than this, my goal is to work collaboratively with you to identify solutions and bring about positive change, whether in unwanted behaviors, challenging relationships, or new anxieties brought on by our ever-changing world.

Grounded in a client-centered approach, I draw from skills-based therapies, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to create an individualized framework necessary for your growth and healing. I find that these approaches together help me best support you to increase self-awareness, get relief from the symptoms you are experiencing.

Among other areas of clinical interest I like working with, adolescents, college students, and adults who are navigating issues related to queer identity, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I offer therapeutic services in a safe and nonjudgmental space. I am currently seeing clients online using a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform.
