About

Seeking out support can be a whirlwind of emotions; excitement for changes to come and fear of what’s ahead. I am here to walk beside you as you begin this journey! With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in supporting adults coping with substance use, anxiety and depression. I also have a passion for helping adults with hoarding behaviors, particularly through in-home therapy. I find that home-based therapy fosters a greater trusting relationship and allows the client and I to tackle obstacles head on.

My approach combines evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Each approach allows the client to be the driver in their own treatment while exploring areas of change and growth.

My journey as a therapist began with a passion for helping others navigate their challenges and find paths to recovery and growth. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives. I invite you to partner with me in your mental health journey,
