About

I support clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma, adoption, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, working with you to identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, process trauma, and gain deeper insight into your experiences. I believe therapy can help you find greater self-acceptance, stability, happiness, and freedom.

The space I offer is warm and accepting, where you can explore your emotions without judgment. I’m committed to creating a supportive, optimistic environment to help you on your healing journey. After recently losing my beloved cat, I’ve found joy in spending time with my son’s mini Aussie, and I bring that same warmth and care into my work with clients.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress, I invite you to reach out. Taking that first step can be hard, but you deserve a life of health and well-being. Therapy can help you find relief and move toward a brighter future—things can and will get better.
