About

In my own life, I have experienced the power of therapy as a queer and neurodivergent human. Now as a therapist, I provide an affirming space that allows my clients to accept all parts of themselves and celebrate their identities. I know the vital importance of being affirmed for who you truly are in a safe space. I help people struggling with navigating a world that feels like it's not built for them. Whether it's working through chronic pain or illness, anxiety, trauma, or changing your relationship with substances, I can help you develop resiliency and experience post-traumatic growth to live your most meaningful life.

I use a combination of Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) all through the lens of trauma-informed care. I became a social worker and a therapist because my most central values are the pursuit of social justice and empathy.

I specialize in working with adults and teens who are queer-identified and/or neurodivergent. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to come as you are, discover who you want to be, and figure out what is getting in the way. I strive to be honest, flexible, compassionate, and to treat you as the expert of your own lived experience.
