My ideal client is someone who is seeking guidance regarding issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, marital and/or family dynamics, and transitions. This client also asks the question, “Who am I? What has happened in my life that has led up to this moment?” In my care, this client will be listened to and validated in a non-judgmental, non-biased point of view. If this client is willing to put in the work to answer these questions of life, I’m more than happy to work with them. As an LMFT, my specialty is in Systems Theory. While therapy requires looking into our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, Systems Theory allows the lens to expand into where and how you grew up, your age, culture, gender, sexuality, religion, health status, and much more. This allows us to make connections about ourselves that may surprise us. Please reach out to me with any questions you have. It is my passion to help those who are willing to take this brave step in starting therapy. If you needed a sign to start focusing on your mental wellbeing, this is it. It's time to take the steps to take true care of yourself.
