I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of New York University. I am passionate about helping others overcome life's challenges and discover their best selves. I practice from a strengths-based approach and believe that a nurturing and genuine presence is essential to the healing process and developing self-compassion. I am proficient in serving adults, adolescents, and children with mood disorders/depression, persistent anxiety, complex trauma and ADHD. I have received extensive training in Trauma-Informed care and I utilize a psychodynamic, collaborative and compassionate approach in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. My eclectic approach is relational, insight-oriented and solution-focused, with the purpose of providing a safe space for you to explore yourself and to facilitate growth. Choosing therapy is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. Our mental health is a pillar of our lives and tending to it is essential in maintaining a sustainable, healthy existence. This choice is one to be proud of. The path to wellness is possible, and together we can figure out how to get there.
