About

Therapy can be an intimidating process. However, I truly believe that all clients are capable of achieving their goals regardless of where they are in life. As a team we will work together to create the best plan of action that fits you and your needs. Whether that be learning new coping skills, fixing relationships, decreasing depression or anxiety, or even creating a better relationship with a loved one. My role as your therapist is allowing you the space to discover how you want to accomplish your goals in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I will support you through this process every step of the way.

My aim is to work with clients to identify their strengths, resources, and develop tools that promote their well-being and goals in the long-term. I utilize approaches from a person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive/dialectical behavioral perspective. Each client receives a unique treatment approach tailored to fit their needs and objectives.

I believe prioritizing one’s mental health is essential to one's well-being. I aspire to create a welcoming and safe environment for clients of all ages and backgrounds. When a client leaves a session with me, I want them to feel empowered and capable! Together we can work towards accomplishing your goals.
