About

I am a social worker who is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate the various challenges and transformational periods that life has to offer. I am committed to creating a client-centered space that embraces each individual’s short and long-term goals, unique stage of change, and personal strengths. I typically work with clients coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, mood dysregulation, interpersonal stressors, aging and medical concerns, bereavement, academic stress, and more.

In my practice, I aim to empower clients to define and work toward the lives they would like to lead through emotional healing, skill building, and establishing a healthy, trusting therapeutic connection.

I understand that change can be one of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of life. If you are ready to set goals and work toward change, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
