About

I provide a warm and collaborative style of talk therapy. Together, we will explore how the experiences of your past impact your present wellbeing, coping strategies, and relationships. I bring skills from my background in literature, yoga, and farming to my work with clients in the form of empathy, somatic engagement, and existential curiosity. I incorporate attachment-based, emotionally-focused, and relational-cultural perspectives to support you in developing an empowered and compassionate self-narrative.

As challenging as life may be, just know that change is possible. Giving yourself the time to talk with someone in a confidential space is a tremendous act of bravery and self-love. I can support you as you endeavor to know yourself more fully, heal the wounds of your past, and embrace a life that makes you truly happy.

Please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to see if working together feels like the right fit for you. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
