I am a Cornell trained clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for adults and adolescents coping with a variety of symptoms and life stressors. I offer a warm, empathic, and collaborative approach to help individuals achieve their goals within a reasonable time frame. I often draw from ACT, psychodynamic, meaning-based and mindfulness-based therapies to create a personalized program of treatment to best meet the needs of each individual. My goal is to help people live their most fulfilling and meaningful lives while developing a better understanding and awareness of themselves.
