Stepping into the role of mirror-holder, I know the most impactful insights come from you, yourself - you are, after all, the expert on your own thoughts and experiences. With guidance and increased skillfulness, you can start to see and believe in your ability to navigate your spaces (and perhaps some new ones!) with increased ease and less distress. I'm trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group + individual work, YouScience vocational assessment + counseling, identity work through story therapy, and traditional talk therapy. I work with individuals aged 17+, focusing on issues of stress, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, interpersonal communication, and family-of-origin wounds.
