About

Authenticity and warmth are my touchstones. In my practice, I use a collaborative, humanistic and client-centered approach to support my clients in strengthening their connection to their core selves, and accessing their own deep knowing. I believe in the capacity of the therapeutic relationship to enact greater self-compassion and insight, and build skills to release us from unhelpful patterns. I am currently getting specialized training in Sex Therapy and am interested in working with folks looking to explore issues around sex, relationships and intimacy. I am kink-friendly, sex-positive and trauma-informed.

I have been a licensed clinician for 13 years, and have worked with a wide range of populations and issues including inpatient substance abuse treatment, the LGBTQIA community (specifically trans and gender nonconforming folks), and pregnant/postpartum mental health.

Our modern world seems to be working increasingly hard to desensitize us and alienate us from ourselves and others. I believe more than ever in the power of radical vulnerability, self-expression, and showing up for our loved ones, families, and community while holding healthy boundaries. This courageous work begins with showing up for yourself.
