About

It doesn’t matter who you are, these days are making the practice of relationship rough. Staying connected to your partner, especially during this historical/social/political time, can be both the greatest need and the biggest challenge. In couples therapy, I hold the space for whatever is here to come to the surface of awareness. In that place of awareness, you may find more choice around how you want to be in relationship to one another. We may work on communication & relationship skills, explore the root of your trauma responses and attachment, practice working across difference, and/or discover ways back to connection.

I approach this work with a wildly open heart. I help clients get in touch with their intuition and knowing, and then work towards expressing these to their partners without losing that connection – to themselves or to the relationship they’re trying to build together.

Queerness is at the center of how I work with couples- together we challenge traditional heteronormative ideas of relationship and work together to help you create and nurture a relationship that feels healthy, loving, and thriving. I specialize working with couples who identify at the intersections of LGBTQ+, BIPOC, poly/ENM and/or neurodivergence.
