About

Thank you for your interest in my practice! I am a doctoral level social worker with 18+ years of experience in Southern Maine and New Hampshire, most of which has been spent working in schools K-12 in both general and special education settings including through the COVID-19 pandemic. I specialize in supporting elementary-aged children (5-11 years old) and their families and provide a warm, safe environment for children to explore their feelings and build their awareness of self and others.

I utilize a kind, encouraging, parent centered, strengths-based approach employing evidenced-based practices and time-tested techniques to assist children with social emotional needs including: emotional processing and regulation, calming strategies, positive thinking, self-esteem and social skills.

If you feel I may be a good fit for your child and family’s needs, please give me a call for a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to speaking with you.
