About

I work with adults dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and other issues. We often hit roadblocks in our relationships with ourselves or others, or have difficulty living life the way we want to live it. It takes courage to seek help from someone else to address blindspots or problematic old patterns. Maybe you need to learn and practice new skills, or perhaps earlier experiences need to be reworked. Sometimes change seems impossible; I know that it can be a daunting but wonderful journey to embark on.

I am skilled in starting where my clients are - from people who have never used psychotherapy before to those who have been in therapy for years. I start with careful and warm attention to you, and then choose from a variety of techniques to address physical. mental, and emotional pain to help you live with more joy, confidence and ease.

I am glad to answer questions or concerns you have about the process of therapy or how I might address your particular goals.
