About

You're ready for help from someone who can understand, hear what you're going through, and focus on your goals. It's important to express yourself to an excellent listener as well as receive trained and professional input. It's meaningful to have a support system to provide active guidance yet also believe in your inherent capabilities and potential. As a therapist with clinical and life experience, who believes everyone has their own strengths, I work collaboratively with clients. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients deal with feeling down, depressed, anxious and overwhelmed.

I will assist you in addressing life's stressors, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. If you have experienced a loss, survived a trauma and/or abuse, here too my concerned, non-judgmental manner can help you work through these issues in an environment of safety.

Different situations require different solutions. I employ strategies including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, brief treatment within an eclectic orientation, to help make changes you want. I am a warm, caring therapist who tunes in, while also providing customized professional insight to empower you with the means to help achieve your goals.
