I have been in private practice for almost 30 years. I offer a safe environment for someone to explore, learn, change and grow. I try to tailor the therapy to the needs of the client and foster open communication about goals and obstacles that tend to get in the way of achieving those goals. I have experience and knowledge as well as sensitivity regarding many different psychological issues. I believe people are always growing and evolving and psychotherapy is one tool to help one feel better and/or find what they are looking for. I would be happy to speak to anyone who reaches out and contacts me. I accept most insurance plans including medicare.
