Healing happens in relationships. I value compassion, empathy and trust. My office is a safe and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to empower you as you walk through the difficult times in your life. There is no time like the present to begin or renew the journey. I work with individuals, couples, teens and grandparents. I have years of specialized training in the treatment of addiction, codependency, sexual assault and other trauma. I have expanded my practice to the areas of grief and end of life counseling. I have experienced tough times myself. I know the value of a compassionate, objective ear in getting me through them. I generally have openings available within 1 or 2 days. If you are going through stressful times and need support and assistance please make the call. I will do my best to help.
